 I highly recommend Curafide, Inc. When my mother-in-law had surgery, we needed two caregivers per shift for full time care for the first month. Lisa, the owner, was very easy to communicate with in every aspect of the planning,   from responding to my inquiries, scheduling the shifts needed since we had to coordinate schedules with the current two caregivers we already had. We hired four caregivers from her staff to help fill in for different shifts Three of the four whom Lisa trained longer with were exceptional and my elderly parents in law were very comfortable being around them as they grew up in the Philippines, they were respectful in the traditional Filipino way. The caregivers were diligent and experienced. My in-laws  loved Cye’s cooking too.   One caregiver was also experienced, however, she did not have the same duration of training opportunity under Lisa as the other three which was evident. Lisa dealt with a minor issue immediately as soon as I informed her about my complaint, which helped rectify the minor issue with the caregiver.

I still contact Lisa and Curafide,Inc. for emergency needs, and will do so in the event that my family needs longer care. 

 Curafide, a local agency providing Personal Assistant services Tim has severe autism with limited verbal communication, and requires 1:1 support at all hours of the day.    It is not an exaggeration to say that the introduction of Curafide’s P.A. services have been life changing for both Tim and our family.  Curafide’s trained support staff have established solid daily routines for Tim.  Curafide ensures that Tim receives consistent exercise, diet monitoring, and meaningful activities in the community.  Curafide’s assistants have provided Tim with fulfilling mental stimulation such as regular painting lessons, craft building, and the completion of complex Lego sets. As a result of Curafide’s support, Tim’s mother and grandmother finally have the ability to rest and recuperate when not directly responsible for Tim, and to be more effective in their support of Tim during their periods of care.  Tim is sleeping regularly through the night, and his aggression has been minimal.
